One Day Workshops

These nutritional workshops are designed to help you understand the nutritional aspects of a common ailment in more depth. We will look at the deficiencies that may arise from the elimination of certain foods from your diet and explore ways in which missing vitamins and minerals can be replaced by adding a range of alternative foods.

This will be followed by a cookery demonstration which will put the morning's theory into practice. You will see the preparation of an alternative lunch which has been tailored to the needs of the ailment under discussion. The rest of the afternoon session will look specifically at the way you and your family eat and will focus on designing new eating plans to suit your family and your lifestyle.

  • Allergies (lactose intolerance/nut/fish/citrus fruits/yeast)
  • Cancer care
  • Arthritis
  • Vegetarian/vegan diets
  • Healthy eating on a budget

Each course costs £50, including lunch, and runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
